If the lora is bad, I'd rather not use it at all, most of the copes like lora scheduling are not worth bothering with. Maybe if you can get decent results at low weight, try doing that.

Sometimes thats good but other times its sloppy when you want to keep different colors. I think its the price you pay. I want a Lora selector UI eventually and someone already made a civit model browser that I can add after everything else is in. it's not quite up to snuff but it does work. you might oom because of the vae though especially using vulkan. ggml is a lot different than pytorch lol but I might just add libtorch to take care of the vae instead of it's an issue for a while longer

Fishaudio for the voice using a line directly recorded from the game, genned an image, Wan2.2 S2V for the motion.
