Most of the core research teams of US tech corporations are filled with Chinese and East Europeans. White americans are pretty much nowhere to be found. Why is the case? When did the trend start?

I think the creative and resilient hardworking quality of whites diminished considerably over the generation especially in US. On the other hand chinks and jeets start to develop them. Thats why they are getting far into the tech industry.

There's 1.5 billion of them and they have a functional (albeit flawed in different ways) educational system. America produces smart people, but it's in spite of our educational system and is instead largely a result of good genetics and/or exceptional parenting.USA is controlled by business interests, and our business culture says that if you can make $5 today at the cost of losing $20 next week you should jump on it.
