Why's it so hard to make a browser extension which works on every modern browser and runs in the background and processes all text the user sees and never terminates and always stays in memory for a snappy response
>>106445727Are you trying to create malware, anon?
It is very important the the credit card info and social security number of the user be exposed to the extension.
>>106446570is text processing malware now?>>106446582>the user might have sensitive text so you can't process all textwrong, flag sensitive content as exempt, dont restrict processing by default because "it might be sensitive"
>>106445727If it was easy, (You) would have done it.
>>106446589I used to have a browser extension installed that changed any occurence of "mitch mcconnel" on a page to "moscow mitch". They not let you do stuff like that anymore?
>>106446606you can in fact do it but it's annoying and retarded, chrome in particular is autistic about not letting serviceworkers run indefinitely
