It depends on resolution and number of images, but let's say you want to train on a person using 30 images, at 512 resolution (which is surprisingly good quality for generating ~1024 images in Chroma), on a 4070 ti 16gb with full bfloat16 training (using a bit of offload, like 0.3), I'd estimate ~60-80 minutes for 100 epochs on OneTrainer, which will be more than enough training.

It has been trained on NSFW and it understands the concepts, but it is a base model, so it is not super versed in anything but instead a jack-of-all-trades.

For really good NSFW results (outside of just boobs) you should train a lora, as with all other base models. However unlike with censored models like Flux, Qwen etc, this will train NSFW very fast and very well since you're not fighting censorship mechanisms.

It works in both Comfy and Forge.

I just turned down the Power Target to the desired wattage. My GPU has never become unstable using the default tool.

It's software/physically limited from hitting it's max wattage right now because I use a 12VHPWR cable and don't want my house to burn down, but if I switched back to the 8-Pin adapter, during inference it would hit 698-700W almost immediately. When I first got the card it would trip the breaker because my old PSU couldn't hang, no problems since moving up to a newer 1.3kW PSU (Seasonic Prime TX-1300).
