ISPGlowies are doing a similar thing to me. On my dep I can only share less than 20GBs a day via torrent even if I have a lot of popular content, seems like no one wants my beloved files. Went to my father house like two days ago, 130GBs shared just over the night. What the fuck.

The issue is twofold--yes some ISPs throttle but that wouldn't be a problem if streaming sites didn't also skullfuck buffering into oblivion.

Videos use the moov atom to only allow buffering of about 5% ahead of what you're watching. If there is any sort of latency there is no buffer-ahead of the moov atom flag so you get lag and pauses and all sorts of annoying shit.

fast stream forces full video buffering which fixes the biggest issue with streaming which is the cuck buffering system most sites foist off on you that fucks streaming into oblivion if there is even minor throttling.
