Headphones burn in is real. Every new headphone i have bought sounds like shit in the start but if i give it a couple of days it starts sounding good. Then when i compare with my old headphones, the old headphones sound like shit. You are basically rewriting your brain. Its very real and only people with severe retardation or something else wrong with the brain dont have the capability to enjoy this feature.
>>106460069>basically rewriting your brainlole admitted to being mentally ill
>>106460115You put the sage in the options field you fucking newfag. Ofcourse you would not understand that since you cannot experience headphone burn in meaning you suffer from severe retardation.
>>106460069no shit dude, human brain can adapt to pretty much anythinghttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MHMvEMy7B9k

>>106460069>Headphones burn in is realIt is not, at least in terms of dynamic drivers. Tyll proved this years ago with measurements. Dynamic drivers do not "burn in.">You are basically rewriting your brainYou are referring to acclimatization, not burn in. "Burn in" suggests a physical phenomenon happening to the transducers.
>>106460143I did, you can't contain two variables in your brain at the same time kek
>>106460069That's called getting used to it
>>106460069Every headphone sounds like shit in the start because every headphone genuinely is shit. Took me 2 years(with long breaks to not get used to shit sound) to develop an EQ profile that makes sound not like shit. The biggest shock for me was discovering that their position on your head massively changes 1.5-2.5kHz area which is completely ignored in every target and "EQ by ear" tool, and you definitely don't wear them like the mannequin used to take the measurements.
