>other half is 2nd world whites
>culture is dead on arrival
>people obviously have no motivation
>work is being dragged along and prolonged when its a simple ticket that takes half a day
>3 weeks have passed and I still didn't get git provider access
>I just put my code directly on prod and mention that to manager

welp, at least the parent company is 20 years old so they want to innovate with fresh team, if that is the upside
should I just keep looking elsewhere while working here?
I am thinking of starting my own stuff even, fuck this shit

can anyone explain what exaxtly an AI/LLM developer is in today's context? Are devs really just formatting strings, sending it to the chatgpt api, and calling themselves AI/LLM devs or is there more to it?
