>"we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing"
How is this allowed? I'm terrified of installing big games now

Because it's true?
Microsoft is following the specs appropriately.
If it was like the first gen nintendo switches that would brick themselves if you used a non-nintendo charger because Nintendo didn't follow usb-c spec it'd be a lot more understandable but it isn't.
The issue is that some SSD have a bug in their firmware.

Yeah, big businesses have a long track record for admitting mistakes and taking responsibility.

Even the SSD company people were saying were getting bricked came out and said it was a false claim by a lonely nip trying to stir drama against their company. It was obviously a smear campaign by JEETs from loonix considering how much they spammed it over the course of the past few weeks despite there only being one (1) claim to back it up.

This leads me to believe that the entire update was vibe coded and they don't have any developers left able to troubleshoot or fix this. Windows 11 is going to forever be hardware destroying malware.

Try getting on google’s level. Where your own corrupt judge investigates you and finds you did wrongdoing but it’s actually ok because reasons.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/google-chrome-search-engine-data/
>Yes saar paying people off to make your search engine default is illegal, but that’s okay because if I stopped that it would mean people on your take would lose money.
>Also chromium monopoly is fine saar
>However, you must empower all your competitors with the unethically collected search data you farmed over the years so that THEY can become stronger botnets, like you!
Judge is Indian American btw. And he openly boasts about his own ruling being genius.

Keep the firmware on the M.2 SSDs updated this *might* help. I know an abnormal amount of people who are having BSODs and even failure to POST. Saw a video of some guy with a shop who had a customer with SATA SSDs that wouldn't post, he updated BIOS on one PC and it fixed it.
Of course, none of the above rules out all of these issues being caused by indian excellence at microshit.

Windows is known for releasing computer-breaking updates.
I was a sysadmin in a medium-sized insurance company when KB2823324 fucked all 32bits Windows 7 in a single day. The only survivors were a few computers installed with a pirated version of Windows.
It was the most chaotic day of my entire life. Thanks to that, I was able to convince my superior that it was time to switch to linux (back in time, Ubuntu was the GOAT), and in just 3 months, we had replaced all computers and servers with Linux.

Microsoft took almost a year to acknowledge the issue...

Wasn't microsoft charged with allegations they provided some kind of software to the US govt but gave themselves backdoors into it? It was in the late 90s iirc and there was a settlement but it did make the news.
