in the case of Android, 3rd party apps don't compete on equal footing with google slop. For example, google maps gets the permission to access device's location while running in the background, whereas 3rd party apps cannot even request such permission. The most you can get is a "while using the app" permission.>>106496251here it says "Job was c...", with the truncated part probably being "cancelled". Again, there are restrictions on what you can do in the background. This may be a coroutine cancellation caused by android deciding on a whim that grayjay won't receive any more CPU time. Turning off battery optimization for grayjay may let it run better in the background. But I can only guess, and I never used grayjay anyway.
