Here’s an interesting strategy for hiring developers. You don’t do leetcode questions during your interview. If you are a smaller/lower end/non-tech you can get smart and over qualified developers who aren’t willing to grind leetcode and pay them less salary than the market rate.Personally I’d be fine working for a company for less than market rate (but still 6 figures) if I didn’t have to prep and went through the interview process quickly.
