I guess you mean x86 CPUs, because they do make ARM SOCs like the one in the Nintendo Switch and in that Nvidia console I don't remember the name of.
Intel wanted to keep x86 for itself only, but it was forced to sell a licence to AMD and Syrix. It will never sell a licence to anyone else unless forced again, especially not Nvidia, who would become a hell of a rival.
If they did, I would buy one if the price and performance is better than AMD and Intel.

The way Ngreedia has been handling business, I would cheer their downfall like Intel's fall. Not to say Ngreedia -$50 is much better, but still the preferred option for now. The tech markets need increased competition from more companies by at least ten-fold.
