Do you know what makes the iPhone run smoothly? Because Apple locks the CPU frequency to maximum even during low usage, it seems like iOS doesn't even have a CPU governor at all, unlike Android with schedutil or walt, which lower the CPU frequency to the lowest possible value during low usage operation.
