Did we lose the battle for piracy?
Mangadex is dead.
Libgen is dead.
Z-lib is semi-dead.
Annas is semi-dead.
Kindle ripping is dead.
Good streaming websites are dead.
Good torrent websites are dead.
Denuvo can't be cracked.
One Piece is shit now.

And now all countries are implementing real ID requirement to access the internet.
>>
Piracy is easier than ever, no need to torrent anything, you can stream all the content you need and if you really need to download shit there's clients for that or you can build a scraper yourself (I've done this a couple times for WNs). No need to risk breaking the law by seeding, the piracy websites take on all the risk and you only pay by ads (which you can block most of.)

False. Try .gs & .li

How?

Good. Manga readers' mental sanity is always suspect. Potential school shooters.
>Good streaming websites are dead
False. You don't know where to look.
>Good torrent websites are dead
Piratebay has been working ultra smooth for me since 2010.

The battle for piracy has been WON. Anna's Archive is only like a few hundred terabytes at most. That means one copy is like the price of a car. In 10 or 20 years there will be thousands of copies dude. The battle is won.
>>
Most of the things I want to pirate are impossible to find. Showa era variety shows, wiped out because there is no preservation culture in Japan, and if there is, it's purely boomers trading VHS tapes. Non-western sheet music, I can buy a youtuber's anisong arrangement for 5 bucks but good luck pirating it. The other day I wanted to watch a new series on DMM, nobody has uploaded it anywhere.

All the shit you're into is trivial to find.
>>
>>106510115
>Good. Manga readers' mental sanity is always suspect. Potential school shooters.
Japan doesn't have school shootings, projectionist retard.
>>
>>106509816

Piracy is still alive and doing just right. It's faggots that want everything served on a silver plate that are filtered. Dig deeper, faggot.
>>
>>106509816
There's literally not a single anime or manga worth perserving, the japanese have never made anything of value. Cartoons, Comics, Film, Shows, Podcasts, are all easily found online streamable for free, and all the bigger and most important shit is uploaded to pirate too on shit like 1337x by QxR and other people ripping Blu-Rays if available and repacking them for normalfags in decent quality to size ratio. Libgen and Annas Archive works fine for me, just use different proxies tard. Vidya that don't use denuvo are all cracked day one, and most denuvo vidya stop paying the denuvo subscription sooner or later. Piracy is healing more than ever, we're moving away from the primitive torrenting model slowly and embracing just hosting on DDL sites with high download speeds and ad+donation systems that allow that to happen. Plus it's so easy and convenient to find safe sites to pirate from using shit like FMHY, that nowadays pirating can be more convenient than buying a service that has you give your credit card, email, setup 2fa, verify everything, and also forces you to still watch ads or navigate through a bloated service.

Piracy won.

>Denuvo can't be cracked.
Just dont play kiked games (I know that its hard to do because gamers have no moral spine and demand for instant gratification worse than your average alphakid, but you can always change that).
>And now all countries are implementing real ID requirement to access the internet.
Pretty much all of them had those a longer while ago. You can always buy pre-registered sim cards from criminals or learn how to break into random people's wifi. In terms of service-level KYC then this is mostly bypassable as well with residential proxies, stolen IDs etc. and everyone who really wants to get around those will do that. You just can't be a braindead subhuman, a.k.a. the vast majority of people here who post about muh censorship on /g/ nowadays (most /pol/ tourists btw). I can confirm that youtube KYC can be bypassed with account made with US phone number, that you can buy for like 50 cents online.

zoomers are retarded

I often hear them complain that they inherited a shit world and then I see threads like this and know how false that is, they are just totally retarded and cannot figure anything out unless the biggest of spoons is shoved straight into their mouths. But they are still almost incapable of actually learning anything unless they are completely autistic. High functioning autistic, not the retarded autistic that 90% of zoomers are now.

zoomers are retarded

I’m a zoomer, and more tech-literate than half of /g/. Millennials love blaming us for “ruining” the internet, but you were the ones who embraced smartphones, built the evil tech companies like facebook or spotify, and turned plebbit into your second home. When all that damage was happening, we were still in middle school. So before you dump your failures on us, take a look in the mirror. Being born before 1997 isn’t the flex you think it is.
>>
>>106509834
And the best; it is so fast these days. I have a gigabit connection and despite the fact that these days I could pay for everything I pirate, unlike back when I started ~20 years ago, I can download at 135 MB/s (I get more throughput than my connection should allow) and have even a full 4K Bluray on my homeservers within a few minutes.

Not every zoomer is glued to tiktok, just like not every millennial is a broke loser still renting a flat. But even if they were, TikTok was literally created by a millennial, Zhang Yiming. Your generation built the cancer, then cries about it. Try harder next time.

I mean really. Paying money to corporations would probably be less humiliating than wasting your time and nerves to please those sweaty subhumans living in their mom's basements, who think that they are remotely important to anyone just because they boss people around and gatekeep content that is maybe 5% better than whats available on public trackers.

Semi-related: Whats the go-to for pirating academic whitepapers, particularly IEEE standards? I occasionally have need of them for work, but convincing management to spend $100 on a PDF when I wanna do some quick reading on batteries is a hassle I'd rather not go through.
