The email and names I use with it are all nicknames for games, forums, entertainment and everything that doesn't need to know my real identity. This one I use for posting, gaming, watching, trolling, downloading, and whatever I feel like doing. Lots of shady telegram groups. That kind of stuff. I never upload anything with my name to this one nor have anything of importance in it. I give this one to my friends and family to keep in contact with, so I block calls from everyone that's not on my contact list. I don't know if it really does help with privacy but seems to be working for me.

I have the same concept as you, cheap tracfone I use for banking, job, gov, etc. purposes and a grapheneos pixel that I only use for communications (cheogram for phone number, signal, session, and tutamail) with irl friends and family. Everything else "anonymous" is done on my $50 thinkpad while I use my modern laptop for development and work. Third shitty laptop that's tied to the tracfone activities for when I actually need to login to my bank or other sites that the number on it is used for but I rarely have to actually use it so it stays put up most of the time.

Anything that makes me traceable over the internet to third parties. I don't really believe "full anonymity" exists, or at least not anymore. If you connect your devices over your home wifi then you're fucked anyway. If the glowies want to find you then they will, no matter what you do or where you are.
