Well memed. Shadilay
>>
>>106514281
My particular job is too hard for AI.
It is too hard even for myself.
It's also very fun, but it's hard as fuck.
>>
>>106514281
You can't get laid off if you never got a job in the first place so I literally could not give less of a shit.
>>
>>106514281
I started wood turning and selling shit on etsy.

sub 130iq tards will have to learn actual skills and produce real things. The white collar coasting jobs are over for us regular folk
>>
By taking 35k for some shit job on the side for 40 hours and then coming home and sharpening my skills for 3 hours a day
>>
>>106514392
Such is life for a gay powerbottom.

It's not about AI for fucks sake how retarded must one be to actually believe in it?
IT'S THE FUCKING FED RATE

KYS
>>
>>106514281
i remember when people hyped the automations done by ai
>>
>>106515753
>expecting anything on /g/
You're talking to the same people that have been screeching about imminent AI collapse for about four years now. Do you REALLY expect /g/tards to understand what QE is or how it affects literally everything?
>>
>>106515753
Well I mean that certainly looks like it could have something to do with. Doesn't really prove that AI has nothing to do with it. It exists at the same time
>>
>>106515808
The fed rate is the reason for it. AI is the means.
>>
>>106515820
Sounds reasonable to me
>>
>>106514281
Work at a company where A.I. automation isn't a threat. Or, have skills that can't be replaced by A.I. It's that simple.
>>
>>106515834

Yet.
>Or, have skills that can't be replaced by A.I.
Yet.
>>
>>106515849
Those jobs exists.
>>
>>106515864
Yes, but that doesn't mean they will in 5 years.
>>
>>106514281
I doubt those jobs are being purged by AI. All the tech giants had a decade of ZIRP fueled overhiring, layoffs are just a normal economical consequence, most of these companies have teams of 10~20 people taking care of simple things, literally just fake jobs, they will eventually be corrected by the market.
Elon purged 90% of X work force when he acquired.
>>
>>106514281
How many people did they hire in the same year? How do they keep building new data centers and at the same time fire more and more people? Who is working in those new buildings?
>>
>>106514281
That's a good thing. Most codeshitters are incapable faggots. Enshittification of every single system is an undeniable proof. Two thirds of all codeshitters worldwide could be fired tomorrow and the quality of software would not decrease.
>>
>>106515883
No, they won't.
>>
>>106515914
What job is automation proof?
>>
>>106515940
Assisted living.
>>
>>106515753
i doubt tech hiring is going to come back substantially even after rate cuts. games will see an uptick but i think saas hiring sprees are done and the only hiring that will happen will be because of ai saas.
>>
>>106514281
I don't.
Learn to plumb.
>>
It's gonna get worse. Millions will be unemployed.
>>
>>106515950
For now. That's likely one of the first tasks to be automated by general purpose robots since 24/7 live-in care is the best situation, and paying people for all those hours would get expensive fast.
>>
It's not my thing. I don't work in tech. Never cared. The people wanted this, so I don't know why they're complaining LOL.
>>
>>106514281
AI is generally getting shit on from the left and increasingly from the more nat-con right and probably even libertarian right.
AI is also proven to not be very productive money wise it seems.
>>
>>106514281
>How do you cope, /g/trads?
I flip burgers for a living, tinkering with old PC's an gayming is just a hobby and the gAIy bubble popping an tariffs war (on tech in particular) doesn't effect me directly. I guess we have the final laugh fellow wagies.
Also I grow my own tomato's and herbs at home, yeah it's not an outright garden but it's better than nothing.
>>
>>106514281
Companies are just looking for excuses to fire whites and give away more indian corpo-welfare "jobs". They're also funneling capital into ex-Unit8200 AI startups because boomer execs are even dumber than zoomers in falling for shitty vaporware. So jews are killing three birds with one stone - fucking over White workers, ensuring jeet loyalty with gibs, and funding Israeli surveillance tech, indirectly if not directly.

>Huwhite folks leave the city entirely an take up subsistence farming an starting nuclear familes
>Chosenites and Hindu-Dindu Aryans start various race wars against one another over the crumbling ruins of Silicon Valley and NYC once the tech bubble pops
Wait why is this a problem again?
