I'm trying to make an electrostatic levitation core combining all possible types of levitation. Does anyone know math? I need to know exactly how much voltage I need to ionize the helium with neon from the vacuum chamber. I will post more information soon.(designs are not final and require redesign to fit onto vehicles or small drone systems)

Exactly, I know it's not that simple, obviously it doesn't only work for that since it's so difficult to try to create something like that, I just want to see how people would do it, in theory it should be possible thanks to the Hall effect, although it's more useful as an ionic filter.
I am Chilean, I must make it clear that there is still much to detail, the concept requires a lot of detail so as not to look like a mental retard. I'm just looking for help
