In theory possible, practically improbable, an AI revolution is more likely than that ever happening. Maybe one day ISPs will have to add a geolocation protocol to the standard required for internet to work, but the incentives aren't there for ISPs to do that currently.

The internet is in a state again where you can drop cloudflare without increasing your risk.AI scrapers made it possible.Cloudflare lets them pass through (despite claiming the opposite) and they rape you with requests. So you have to build a defense yourself anyway.
