btdig is just a dht scraper.
nothing particularly unique.
unsurprisingly some people make torrent files without expecting other people to download them.
iirc DCIM is specifically the default directory cameras create to put pictures in.
it would be interesting to see how many of these DCIM torrents are able to complete.
