Seems like a bad gamble after GPT5 disappointed. I'm not sure what he was thinking there. Maybe OpenAI was trying to shift it to make it more consumer friendly without all the models there, but he really needed it to be a GPT3 > GPT4 style leap. At the moment AI has a lot of promise and is making big advances, particularly in image and video generation but the actual use cases where it's a highly useful asset are still fairly low until the reliability improves

literally monopoly money. when this bubble bursts it's going to crash the entire US economy
>>
>>106554479
Wait why is oracle involved? Don't they just make some shitty ERP?
>>
>>106554620
The only metric showing that this economy is still "good" is the stock market. almost every thing else is now a recession indicator

he will get it and more. Trump showed what his priority was and project Stargate is a big part of it.

>>106554479
Is this why Oracle stock shot up? They think they're gonna get that money? Invest in popcorn futures.

How does this benefit Israel? Project Stargate was Trump's priority when he was tight with Elon who always talks up computers and rockets and Mars.
>>
>>106554620
how will it cause a crash?

>The Magnificent 7 stocks — NVIDIA, Microsoft, Alphabet (Google), Apple, Meta, Tesla and Amazon — make up around 35% of the value of the US stock market, and of that, NVIDIA's market value makes up about 19% of the Magnificent 7.
>Microsoft (18.9%), Amazon (7.5%), Meta (9.3%), Alphabet (5.6%), and Tesla (0.9%) alone make up 42.4% of NVIDIA's revenue. The breakdown makes things worse. Meta spends 25% — and Microsoft an alarming 47% — of its capital expenditures on NVIDIA chips

Perplexity CEO thinks people will spend $2000 on a prompt to optimize their Google AdWords because it could make them millions. AI will drove economic growth by... making better advertising.

This whole thing is starting to resemble people selling each other snake oil.

They are the national breeding ground for lawyers.
They control the Hellgates between earth and Tartarus where the evil money seekers spawn. Oracle is a parasitic entity, no it's THE parasitic entity that slurps up all the money that every other business globally is forced to pay in licensing fees.

Sammy says he has an underground bunker somewhere in the West Bank where he bulldozed the homes of 100+ Palestinians to build.

He'll be fine.

Kinda like those pedophiles and that high ranking Israeli government official who got caught in a child sex ring in Las Vegas, and then the US government sneaked him over to Israel where he will no longer be prosecuted.

If things ever go belly-up for OpenAI, Sammy will escape to Israel, and get his 20+ fleet of $2M+ (individual) luxury cars shipped over, along with his billions being siphoned off.

US lawyers (Jews) have no powers against the REAL Jews.

nvidias value comes from vendor lockin to cuda/ptx and that the entire "AI stack" is built on this not it's matrix multiplication hardware
I also think this isn't enough to justify this valuation (You could find some dudes to write you an stack for 1 trillion easy)
But out of all the companies they are the most well positioned and stable, at worst you have their bitcoin and gaming to fall back on it's not going to go straight to 0
>>
Its only a matter of time before Huawei reverse engineers cuda to work on their cards and then it's over for nvidia
>>
>>106556698
Funny joke. Reversing it isn't even that hard, AMD has Zluda. The hard part is making it not perform like dog shit which Huawei would never manage.

why doesnt microsoft just make xbox nvidia machine again? why do they bother with amd when they suck this much nvidia chip cock?
>>

Will they go to WW3 if this stupid grift ends?
>>
>>106556807
because the console would cost $1000 then. The 150k H100s that Microshit owns from NVIDIA are no drop in the park. they cost like $20000+ each
>>
>>106556840
nvidia makes custom designs with nintendo and its cheap as fuck. it wouldnt be hard for microsoft to do something similar.
>>
>>106556855
The SOC that nintendo uses it no where near as powerful as what PS5 and Series X have in them lmao. There's a reason the switch has a tiny resolution and even when docked the performance and quality is dogshit.
>>
>>106556858
The Switch can do 4K@120Hz which is impressive for a handheld but yes, that's not going to beat a PS5 or Xbox.

Microsoft could get better custom chips made from Nvidia if they wanted to though. They'd literally partner with them because they're going to sell thousands of them. It's a strategic decision to go AMD instead. Probably they're cheaper and more cost-effective.

You are beyond fucking gullible.
>>
>>106555699
*loses against Google*
>>
>>106556931
I have a Switch so no I'm not gullible. Does it reduce the quality to do that (possibly using it's custom DLSS implementation)? Absolutely, but then so do most graphics cards and games consoles except very high-end ones.

If you think I believe it can do native 4K@120Hz, then yes, you'd be right, I'd be gullible but I don't believe that. I probably should have clarified that. Still for a handheld it's quite impressive what it can do.

Nvidia can almost certainly make something more powerful for a non-portable games console that doesn't have to worry about power usage and TDP, etc.
