Just watch a bunch of "motivational" videos on youtube, the grindset sigma male kind of shit. If you can repeat that drivel without vomiting (takes some practice), you'll be able to blend in with the corporate drones.

>land a junior Software job?
just write your own and sell it, or try to. Its better to work for yourself than some shitty woke office where DEI hires get paid more and are incompetent and protected.

Lie about everything and use bunch of ai terms, retards working at HR are the type of people who ask you about HTML when you put Vue.js in your resume. They also like looking at random useless shit so speedrun getting a bunch of github achievements and contribute to some shit with the help of your friends/using alt accounts.

There's also this trick where you put invisible letter jailbreaking ai they're using to sift through the first wave of CVs but I don't know if this still works.

get good at developing software. get good cs and math background, don't skimp and then complain when you can't solve basic problems on leetcode. have hobby projects to show your skills, make and finish something. have a shower and don't be 200lb+, go to interviews and get job.

You need to spend 90% of your free time on personal projects and coding exercises and have a linkedin history full of tips and tricks blog posts regarding newest tools.
Helps to be a "founder" of some tech startup.

And then you still need to get lucky (and probably find a company run by racists)

It's current year
You are competing with several hundred million chinks and pajeets for that same junior level spot
If you're not doing all that shit, there's some guy that has no life outside of tech, lives in a 10sq ft apartment with 3 other guys that he shares a personal doc with and can work a single job 24/7 in 8 hour shifts and will work for 1/10th of what you will.

There is no realistic reason to ever hire you.
