Bought a picrel like a year ago and had no real complaints. It was my first encounter with an e-ink so i was pretty blown away . It was even better experience once i installed ko-reader on it. I sold it after i stopped reading books and got into manga when i realized how inefficient it is compared to tablet.
Kobo Libra 2Waterproof, no hard online account requirements, lot of formats supported, and dead easy way to move files onto it. Too bad they don't make it anymore

2nd hand Kindle VoyageIt has the same dpi has newer models and the page turning sensors are pretty Based. They keep the display clean, have haptic feedback and never double-click. The plastic is cleaner than in other Kindles I've had, and the battery is easier to access (it has a clip-on cover on the back with screws underneath, no need to pry the entire kindle apart). Light sensor is a gimmick. 10/10 would recommend

I have a Boox Poke 3 and it's very good, although it was more expensive than all other readers.It's essentially an android tablet, so moving files is a breeze, and you can remove all the chinskhit bloatware with adb.Wish there was a way to install a custom ROM, but oh well, I keep it offline all the time anyway.
