Well I probably already gave away my idea with the first post; I will just admit that animation is very time consuming currently. With an image based llm code of such a length, perhaps small elements could be changed to direct motion, attributes, sound effects, themes, et cetera; In more precise and controllable ways, within the media programing constraints of 64,000 characters. If this could be accomplished no editing software would even be required just basic English and logic skills!

I want to make a lora of a realistic person, and then use it with illustrious.

I've created images of anime characters with style loras and I can get the character with another style, and it's cool. But I don't know how to make the same with people (example, one of the JD Vance memes with Akira Toyama style). Whenever I try to make a lors I get generic brown hair anime guy or the character doesn't translates into the style.

I'm using supervacetools and the context nodes. Problem with the vace tool is that it slightly changes the input image every 5 seconds and the problem with context nodes is that it repeats movement (and OOMs if too many frames are loaded).

Hey guys, thought I would ask here since I've not gotten a clear answer elsewhere: I'm training a lora and have spare vram, I increase the 'batch size' to 2 thinking that it will use more vram and run through 2 images in the time of one, but instead it seems to process them in series so takes twice the time per step. Still eats extra vram but does them ins eeries rather tha parallel anyway. is that supposed to happen?

Batch size is just how many images gets processed before the weights update. It does not speed up training time. Processing two images is more than processing one image. Do the math. In my experience though, the time it takes for both instances are the same, unless you're doing extra intermediate steps because of the batching (can't batch 41 images evenly).

What kind of tools and possibilities are there to fine tune an image generation model just for the purpose of creating SFW/NSFW images of that person. Not just the face but also all other body features should match.
