i've spent 90% of my life before a monitor yet i'm more stable than all of those twitter/tiktok/whatever retards

You're so stable you need to point it out to complete strangers at random.

I'm actually depressed that the internet will never again be what it used to be
I've been on it since the age of 5, I don't know where else I would go

3?
I need the internet for work & professional study. But I got nowhere to doom scroll and no online friends.

>>106650917
I'm depressed about that too. I wish I had anywhere else to post. But idk maybe getting good at real life is for us weird people, while normies moved onto virtual lifes. It's just that I liked the internet.

Used to be 10
Got married and went to an 8
Had 2 kids now I’m like 2-3

Honestly it has been for the best. I don’t miss 95% of the stuff i used to do just to waste time. Still visit this turd of a site for 20-30 minutes at a time every couple of days mostly out of comfort and nostalgia for a 4chan that will never come back.
>>
>>106650686
how terminal?

A good balance between already dead and terminal is essential.

For many years now, most normalfags with their smartphones have been more online than my PC-oriented self.
Not by a lot tho. I'm probs still a 4 to their 5-6.
>>
>>106650686

I am a computer programmer. A profession that literally requires you to sit in front of a computer for 8 hours a day or even longer. I have done all kinds of jobs. I'd like to own land one day and become a shepherd, working outside watching over sheep all day. Land is not cheap, and being a computer programmer is the smartest way I know to make enough to buy land. I have paved roads, built houses, shoveled coal working ten hour shifts in the sun without breaks in illegal conditions. It paid barely a survival wage. Logic dictates that if I can write AI models from research papers using multivariable calculus then I should apply myself and write code, given the chance, rather than keep on shoveling tons of coal into river barges. Though I am not against loading coal and it is a real workout, this seems like a wise life decision.

You're a 4chan user, so definitely you aren't more stable than any of them.
