What chair are you rocking? Been meaning to upgrade from my shitty Markus for a while now
>>106653267After testing all of them in many large stores, I've concluded that all of them are shit.I'll make my own and license it under GPL.
>>106653267My cum and blood stained couch.
>>106653267random office chair i picked up used for fiddy bucks. i think the brand is "Ahrend" if im not mistaken. i'm not really sure how much i like it tho, it forces you to sit really straight and i think these super optimal ergo posture minmaxxing chairs might actually just be larp. i'll probably get a big and comfy lounging-oriented chair next to test this hypothesis. gaming chairs are obviously shit tho.
>>106653267Had this chair for years, just too comfy. Also backrest goes all the way back.
>>106653267>What chair are you rocking?a rocking chair?
>>106654419nice desk, which one is it?
>>106656327Just a random old repurposed and refurbished wooden table. It's nice and solid.
>>106654419>backrest goes all the way backVery nice. I have a cheap mesh-back chair that reclines back 30 degrees or so but it isn't enough. I like to sit at my desk with maximum comfyness, reclined as much as possible with my feet up resting on the desk. But it forces my back into a bad posture. I've been considering just building a custom desk that I can integrate with a la-z-boy recliner.
>>106656409Yeah, it's nice being able to just lay back and put your legs on the foot rest while watching or playing something with the controller. >I've been considering just building a custom desk that I can integrate with a la-z-boy recliner.Does sound comfy.
>>106656387nice, did you add the small platform your laptop is on yourself too?
>>106653267An Ergohuman Classic Elite or something like that. I've had it for like 8 years and forgot the exact model.
>>106656574Yeah, just two steel pipes that got drilled into the wood on the table side and then the platform rests on them and is screwed down to the pipes underneath, plus a bolt that's tightened and pulls the platform against the table tightly. Steady enough to hold the laptop and have my hands rest on the laptop palm rest while typing without it wiggling or bending.

a used steelcase leap v2 that i got for 100 bucks on marketplace
>>106653267I wish I was her chair~
>>106657091Burn in hell
>>106656610I can't handle the mesh chairs like that, I need fabric and cushion.
>>106657280I absolutely love the mesh actually. Earlier this year the original chair lift piston gave out and I had to sit on a regular chair for a few days until the replacement I ordered arrived and I immediately noticed how hot and uncomfortable my back and legs got without the mesh, even though I'm in an AC'd room and it wasn't too hot or anything. Never going back to fabric or leather chairs.
>>106656905Based, done the same.
>>106657312Depends where you live too I guess, I like it cozy and warm, since I live in a colder climate and don't even need an AC.
>>106653267cheap 90 euro office chair. they are the best.
>>106653267got it free when my dads office closed down. It replaced a cheaper chair I got when my office closed down (both due to WFH).The cheaper chair went flat after a while and made your arse hurt but this one is actually comfortable. The brand is Verco. Seems kind of expensive for what it is.

Craigslist Herman miller
>>106659487It might be comfy, but it's very limited and takes up a lot of space.
>>106659487kek
>>106653267Some version of the Steelcase Leap v1 that I got second hand/"open box" from ebay. One of the best decisions I've ever made. It is basically the same as when I got it like 7 years ago.
>>106657041>$100Damn, nice. I think they're a steal up to $500 shipped. Bought one then when I moved I gave it to my sister and bought another. Tried convincing friends to get them but they want their gamerchairslop for whatever reason.
>>106653267can't tell if julie or not
>>106659487I screwed a furniture dolly to the bottom of mine, makes it the right height and you can move it about, also you need a desk that is at least 90cm deep to extend the leg rest though
>>106654175Do tell more.
>>106653267monobloc
>>106657020How is it? I was considering buying one.
>>106653267The Markus is great. Just replace your worn down one with a new one.
>>106664392I fell for that shitty meme 15 years ago, never again.
>>106653267The Staples mesh chair is good, $150 on sale sometimes. They only last a couple years though.I might actually get another Herman Miller. They're really worth the price in my eyes.
