How to detect and remove RFID and microchips that someone planted in your items or your body?Do you know some devices for this?

Even then, it would detect every RFID tag around you and not give you an idea of where it is unless you knew the exact ID of the tag you were looking for and the sled you purchased had directional detection. Building a sealed faraday cage and using the sled inside the cage to scan your items of it would help with that issue.
