Having the closest and fastest connection to your desired exchange2. Having some AI that scans all available data (articles, historic precedents, current company information, general information about the field, public sentiment etc)3. Making sure you can avoid unexpected behavior like flash crashes4. Having data before anybody else

The algo is simpler than you’d expect too, no HFT or options or leverage or anything crazy, just a few simple rules based on how the market actually works (hint: it’s corrupt and rigged). I would explain how my algo works but no one will believe me. It has a dead man’s switch to post it on WSB for everyone to use if I get Navindered because if I don’t get to use it then wall street can figure out how to deal with the tidal wave of everyone else using it
