I have 16GB RAM and YouTube performance still looks like shit, even if I'm browsing just one tab. Is this normal? How many petabytes of RAM does one need to browse the modern day internet?I would buy more RAM but I feel this wouldn't help.

My old laptop had 4GB of RAM and an Intel Pentium Gold with integrated graphics in 2023 and YouTube on 720p worked fine.
