Are there any tools for disabling hdcp system wide? I run a long fiber hdmi to my TV and it has this issue where if I use a legit streaming site the screen will blink off and on, and then everything on the TV display shifts over to the monitor because the TV was momentarily off. I've tried switching the content type in nvidia control panel to "desktop" as a purported fix. I also try replugging the HDMI which sometimes helps for a bit. But it always comes back. Any other fix?
