1.5 years in to trying to find a job after graduating and I've learned nothing. Maybe I have got slightly better at avoiding ATS but that's it.
I have no clue why I haven't been called back (the vast majorty of the jobs I've applied to are probably fake anyways but I cannot prove that), the few times I do get called back, I don't make it to a technical interview ever.
I have been working in a front office collaborating with people, using my communication skills and all that that HR loves so much but it still feels like I have to be 100 more social to get a fucking developer job than to work in a front office, which is fucking ridiculous.

None of my ex-class mates can even give me any sort of advice either besides "bro just apply to places". All of them have had the same experience as me for the most part, except the ones who stayed at the company they did their internship at. The rest literally just spammed their application everywhere, didn't get called back by the places that they are qualified for but kept going. What is even the takeaway? I'm way too autistic to figure out what positions I should apply for that I'm not qualified for. At this point I haven't been employed in the field for so long. I am doubtful that I'll ever be able to get a job in this field. Applying to 10k+ jobs in over 5 years wouldn't result in anything either. It's so fucking over.

I wish i was smarter. I wish i was either so smart I could cruise through life and never worry about money again or so dumb that I couldn't tell I was in a dire state.
