Is it possible to run Windows 10 and later executable files on Windows 8.1?Like newer versions of qBitTorrent and Betterbird that requires Windows 10 or later. But it can't run on Windows 8.1, Is there any extended kernel that i can run Windows 10 or later programs without upgrading newer Windows versions?
