Is it possible to run Windows 10 and later executable files on Windows 8.1?

Like newer versions of qBitTorrent and Betterbird that requires Windows 10 or later. But it can't run on Windows 8.1, Is there any extended kernel that i can run Windows 10 or later programs without upgrading newer Windows versions?

I don't know.

Windows 8 was the most unpopular version of windows after vista, so I doubt it.

Yes, try vxkex. not sure if its made with 8.1 in mind but I tested it with many programs on 7.

8.1 fag here. No.
In most cases the executable will use some random meme lib that crashes on older OS. They specifically did this to force you to update.
>qBitTorrent
You can still run older versions. Or just use utorrent 2.2 like any sane human being.

What is this meme about?
