what's the point beyond purpose built enterprise proprietary software that is unreleased, you can't get the libraries for because it was released on a 64 bit CPU incompatible with x86_64 of the modern day?

that dude was playing with it on his alpha computer and managed to find a compiler to make software with. he claims it cant run anything made for 32bit alpha because it does not have a WoW64 for alpha chips
