lets home assistant read your SDR recordings for your smart devices that run on 433mhz (in aus, i think 900~ in shartistan)

so for example i have a soil sensor and weather station that usually talk to their proprietary hub or app but this way home assistant reads it directly

you can also buy a universal RF remote and send commands back to things, i have a fan with a remote control but now i have a widget on my phone so i can also control it there
