If you could travel back in time, what technology would you try to prevent from being invented?

Time travel technology.

That would create a paradox.

>>106777346
what do you mean virtualizing them? You still need an antenna, you still need a sim card, you still need a legitimate non-spoofed hardware ID.
>>
>>106777346
Hardware Attestation and getting a gazillion sim slots and cpu cores.
>>
>>106777346
Anti-bot heuristics are constantly evolving, why risk your reputation and the years you've spent growing genuine-looking accounts for some insignificant cost optimization? Yeah, you can buy cheap likes/follows/whatever from jeets who use virtualization, but expect them to be gone in a few weeks/months, and that will ultimately hurt the reputation of whatever you're trying to grow.
>>
Depending of what they are doing seems inefficient as fuck, they just uncovered 100,000 on a single office the past week

I think oxycodone is a good pick. Maybe tobacco is worse overall, but that's a plant and probably shouldn't count as technology.

From what I picked up on that story the intent there was to DDoS cell towers and not just bot views or likes.

Oxycodone is just an opioid. They're literally all the fucking same, the only difference between them is cost.
Jews huckstering, like physicians being quacks and prescribing bullshit, are universal constants not technology.

Surely, a VM would be easier??

the real solution is to somehow stop drugs from ever becoming illegal and controlled. if drugs weren't controlled by governments and corporations we wouldn't have the war on drugs we have today.

UI design after 8-bit 256 colors has just got worse and worse every decade.

And 16:9 too sucks ass.

Sure, you need colors to have images and video and 3D. But at least save the UI from all the gay stuff.

My guess would be combo power supply and massive USB hub.

best I can tell, that UI is 16 colours.
256 colour palette is used in Windows 2000 icons.

Nothing. I would not attempt to *prevent* anything (technologically) from being developed.

Things like technology, knowledge, understanding, etc. either cannot be suppressed or not suppressed for long. Rather, introduce new(er) tech & knowledge to counter lower level tech treats.

>t. fucking time machines
> easy mode

Bonus Round:
Travel back in time to introduce tech that will create time travel 75 years before you discovered time travel. Or several tens of millions of years. Baxter did a really fun take on it.

Tech is not the issue. It never is, and you know it.
People are. Always.
We don't have to travel back in time to get rid of people.
You can just genocide them now, and all we be good again.

Google runs anti-bot fingerprinting during the OOBE setup. Less than a kilobyte of telemetry is sent back to ID the device. Resolution, platform, CPU, IP, OS version. Many "x86 Android" strings will surely ring a few bells.
