At that point, it's better to whitelist the content you want than to constantly play cat-and-mouse trying to blacklist every ad that YouTube throws at you. Maybe it could be done if you had a community system like SponsorBlock, but that would be hard to implement and moderate, and if any browser did that then Google would likely block them and force them out of every market.
