A job? I want to start in IT but I've only worked in customer service. All the entry level it or help desk jobs want experience and/or A+.

I'm a fairly smart guy. Should I just lie about having one? I've done some it learning in Coursera already and I can probably get by with help desk

No, it's a really stupid idea and you will be fired quickly when you mess up on the job, or a colleague realizes you know nothing and tells your boss. The A+ is REALLY easy to get. What isn't easy to get, is experience dealing with problems in the real world.

Alright alright. I scheduled it for about a week and a half from now.

Then I'll schedule the second exam after I do the first one.
