>got a new phone for the first time in 5 years>has 120hz support, every phone i've owned prior topped out at 60hz>turn it on because why not>kinda looks cool i guess, smooth as butter>20 minutes later i feel sick (this is an LCD btw, not OLED)>disable it>battery life improves significantly and i dont feel sick anymore biggest gimmick ive ever seen
>>106784390it's a proven fact the refresh rate directly reflects the user's IQ.
>be op>brains too retarded to handle too many fps>visual cortex overloaded by too much informationfucking koala
sorry you have weak eyes, works on my machine
>>106784390Nobody but reddit sois make a big deal over 120Hz displays. That shit gets turned off back to 60Hz the moment anyone who actually has a life/job realizes how much battery it drains.
>>106784421my sides
>>106784390You feel sick because just like other normies, your screen is at full brightness or very near that limit and your retinas are burning. You can use 1/3rd and it would still be too bright for you if you're in somewhat dim environment.
I have a 120hz display with LCD, don't have this issue. Maybe you are using your phone too much? I have 100Hz monitor with my PC and I think it's perfect would never want to go back to 60hz that shit is fine but not smooth.
