Asians are greedy and live with a scarcity mindset causing them to jealously horde any software they develop. Whites with a comfortable abundance mindset are happy to share their own work to prevent duplication of effort hence leading to the modern open source ecosystem.

Most chink companies use GPLed code and won't even try to meet the minimum obligations under that license let alone understand Free Software philosophy.
