you can get a battery and an electric motor for like two bucks, go for it
If you make it yourself it will lose any magic it has. Not to mention AI isn't good enough yet to convince you that it's a real person (especially if you're the one who prompted it), so it's a waste of a project. Just wait 10-20 years and then try.
