That's such a stupid thing to want. If someone ever steals your hard drive, you're not getting it back, so why bother encrypting it. What you should concern yourself with is quickly destroying it.

If you run your OS and storage from, lets say, a microSD card, you can eject that card and shove it up your ass faster than any bleepbloop re-encrypt! command.
