I really dislike the fact that some good wan lora's are only trained with the t2v model, don't they not realize this limits and restricts what can be created by a lot? A t2v lora will heavily influence the reference image because that is what t2v is meant to do... So I find my self battling with prompts and against and overly zealous text to video lora which changes the character and also background too much with random people walking in doing the thing instead of the desired characters. t2v isn't there yet because we lack so many lora's and lora production is stagnating a bit now. Solution, train your lora's for I2V gentlemen, at least with the high noise model as that is what counts mostly for adding the motion, other generic nsfw lora's can help work out things on the low noise. We need more I2V lora not T2V. Also keeping track of what does what is a nightmare if you're lazy, i've sorted most of my lora collect like this(action/concept)/model/sub_model/lora.safetensorsthis means I can just start typing with action or concept I want, follow with /(pony/sdxl/sd15/wan21/wan22/(high/low))lora_file which i can then just scroll and select it. We need standardization if we are ever going to organize all this crap for future generations of anons wanting to use this tech. lora names should contain at the very least its main concept and trigger which should be something none standard English like pu55yfuck09.
