>>106817599Icons seem kind of pointless, If I'm using a program that requires my full attention, it'll be in full screen so accessing the icons is a chore. And practically every time I boot on my machine I instantly open up my web browser and the icons are pointless from that point onwards. It's much easier to just have icons organized into categories in sections, like one section for vidya, one for personal programs, one for preinstalled microsoft stuff that I use and didn't delete. Everything accessible with two-three clicks, or just windows key + name of program. And keeps the system looking more aesthetic and clean, all the pictures go to Pictures folder in file explorer, same with Documents, Videos, and Vidya. I don't see the point of having anything on my desktop, I make sure to unpin the recycle bin too and disable spotlight. I'm not a minimalist either, I'm practical and I just genuinely don't find them useful.
