I hate that every platform is dying except for smartphones. Everything feels like it's some portrait mode scrolling phone UI slop. There's not much you can do on the web with a PC everything is some fucking app.

PC users block ads, block cookies and run arbitrary non-(((approved))) software from various sources. Much better to force everyone to use locked down black boxes that will only run software from a centralized depot
