>REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE>YOU CANT DO THAT YOU CANT DO THAT YOU CANT DO THATno wonder Rust replaced it
you don't need it. However automatically using-declaration shit you tab-complete is still not an option in sepples editors, shit is dire
>>106830499Nah you can totally use it, just need to realize what exactly it does.
i got filtered by rust and found out c++ being a much much easier beast to handle
>>106832179>what it does is not trivialno wonder Rust replaced it
>>106832310> larping as rust zealot who can't into codingNot the worst bait, 6/10.
>>106830499People often have overly verbose pattern matching type names in patterns in Rust, because they avoid "use" due to a gotcha in Rust regarding pattern matching.
I say with confidence that in 20 years none of us will be reading or writing rust, some will still be writing c and c++ and go even java, but no rust. The language is just too slapdash and can't survive outside the current political climate. It's basically haskell+ada only difference being a political innovation of misusing the word safety. Once this is no long politically popular rust will be as popular as those languages. Just to much useless boilerplate and friction for the problem it solves
>>106830499Feel free to put that inside a function in your .cpp file
