Recently (literally hours ago) I bought some headphones, the "Ultrapods Pro."The thing is, I put them on charge, and on the top, there are about four LEDs that light up on the "L" and "R" sides, which means they're charging. But after a while, the right side stopped lighting up, meaning it stopped charging. I tried removing it and putting it back in several times, but nothing worked; the LED kept turning off after a few seconds.Over time, the problem also occurred on the left side, which, since it was the second to experience the problem, at least had some charge and could be paired. I would take the right side out of the case and it would turn off almost instantly.I tried taking it out and putting it back in the case, cleaning the charging pins with alcohol, and using a different charger than the one that came in the box with the headphones, but nothing worked.Any ideas or solutions that have worked for you with other hearing aid models or with this one?
They stopped charging because they're full.
When I charged them, they were at 0. The problem with the right one started around the 30s of the charge. On the left, it started arround the 60s.
