If someone is dedicated enough to hide a message in >50 kb sized file, they'll be able. It's not appreciated just how huge an amount of data one megabyte actually is. It's also why you can't just download the latest IDA off a torrent site, these guys are masters in this kind of stuff where they started to make the tooling itself.
