I feel ya. I'm p good at tech likely (at least partially) because of my autism. The drawbacks being that my toes are bent from decades of toe walking. My teeth are chipped because of my bruxism. One side of my scalp has thinner hair than the other due to trichotillomania. On top of that, it has taken most of my adult life to become sociable with other people due to a latent anxiety that's been mitigated by psychedelics. Some days I wish I didn't have this, but being good with computers is pretty cool.
