Not WI, but i use {{random::macro}} to randomize opening word and thematic so every swipe were randomized. I use it as a regular prompt so that it's easier to organize in the prompt manager or just as a part of prefill. For your needs, 6 lists of names, divided into 3 prefix-3suffix macros would be good, methinks.
