>>
>>106866609
kys shill
>>
no get a combination washer dryer

>put clothes in machine
>program for 3 hours
>clothes are clean and dry
>>
>>106866631
I'd recommend making sure that the washer/dryer has both a moisture sensor, and a steam mode.
>>
>>106866609
black friday a/k/a nigger friday is a scam.
>>
>>106866631
>combination washer dryer
would not recc from my use
>>
Embrace the ancient times... Get a Twin Tub

I can still remember helping to do the washing with one when I was about 7.

Let me guess
>>
>>106866609
You definitely shouldn't buy a front load washing machine from LG or Samsung that's for sure.
>>
>>106866609
buy a used one, if you know how to repair it. Watch the video to find why:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=138S0rSbZ10
>>
>>106866609
Yes, just keep in mind it's all unservicable junk with sealed drums these days.

>>106867063
Based how-2-repair enjoyer.
I have a 14 year old Miele, that I bought used about 8 years ago, it still works as good as new.
>>
>>106866609
Yes, but buy Bosch.
>>
Nipponese brands > gook brands > overpriced yuro brands
>>
> wifi on washing machines
why the fuck is there iot on everyshit why do i need wifi on my fucking washign machine
>>
>>106867092
They still use sealed drums unfortunately.
If there's anything good about them it's they're very servicable otherwise and the new ones use brushless motors.

>>106867106
I don't think there are any nipponese washing machines sold in Europe, just rebadged chink and turk trash.
>>
>>106867089
>I have a 14 year old Miele, that I bought used about 8 years ago, it still works as good as new.
well done. My machine is about 20 years old and still going strong.
>>
>>106867129
>I don't think there are any nipponese washing machines sold in Europe
This. I was looking around on the washing machine market, and european washing machines are absolute trash. They are super fucking slow.
>>
>>106867439
>They are super fucking slow.
Literally just use shorter programs, you can wash away the daily sweat and smell from your clothes on the express programs that take about 30-40 minutes.
>>
If you live alone or are able to run small loads more often, they're okay. If you live with people or typically run big loads one after the other, it's better to get separates. Separates are also more reliable and cheaper to maintain.
>>
>>106866631
>combination washer dryer
Costs more than buying each separately. What did they mean by this?
>>
>>106867957
Mine was $1200, a washer and dryer separately would have been $2k
>>
>>106867957
They makes sense for people in small apartments without a dedicated laundry room.
In Europe you can even see washing machines in the kitchen in some places, you can't exactly stack a washing machine and dryer in a kitchen.
>>
>>106867982
Are you comparing apples to oranges? All the ones I've seen are more expensive. So give the details. Generally the combos are smaller or have less features, poor brand. They aren't giving you an $800 discount.
>>
buy a 20 year old unit, all the new stuff is shit.
>>
>>106868533
Probably, I have the GFQ14ESSNWW and I have shilled it in these threads before because I love it. I live in an old house with small door frames, not a lot of space, and no 240v outlet. This was the only model I could find that fit all my needs and didn't require me to spend a shitload renovating the house to make a different model work.

This one is a condenser model, the deluxe all in ones that cost $2k are heat pump models. Allegedly they're more efficient than condenser ones, but I think condenser model dryers are mechanically simpler so they might end up being more reliable? I've only had it for about 2 years now so time will tell.
>>
>>106866631
>8 hours later and the clothes are still damp
>>
>>106866609
I have a 18kg capacity twin tub. Shit just works, it's the Thinkpad of washing machines.
>>
>>106866609
Black Friday sucks. Just buy it when you want to buy it.
>>
>>106868601
You can't overload combo ones or they don't dry anything it's true. I wish Miele made one I would have bought that instead of my GE one. They're the only people who make compact size washers and dryers that have normal capacities.
>>
>>106868572
Well that is it. The 120 volt dryers suck and take forever to dry, generally leaving a lot of wrinkles. I bought this one from Amazon, which would be comparable, not a $1000 dryer.

>>
>>106868617
black friday deals havent been real deals for years
maybe youll find decent deals in the days leading up to it but most of the time you wont, just pre-inflated prices being reduced to slightly less than the usual price to seem like a big markdown
>>
>>106868635
I am shocked this is so cheap. Too bad it's not ventless
>>
>>106866609
I don't get front load washers. How do you balance them? Sometimes I put blankets that absorb a lot of water on my top load and if it starts banging around I just rearrange the contents a bit and it starts to spin nicely. Can't do that with front load, I would think.
>>
>>106868558
This to be honest

Balance? You just put the blanket and press Start.
>>
>>106868727
I'm sure you could just not vent it outside cause it has so little moisture coming out of it. I'm replacing it next year with a 240 volt model.
>>
If you're not retarded you do like I did and get a Speed Queen. Nothing but gears and electrical bits, no electronics.
>>
>>106866609
I have a twin tub 18kg capacity washer. It's ok, but you have to make all your laundry in one day. It doesn't work with quick wash and dry clothes.

It's the thinkpad of washers.
>>
>>106867990
>In Europe you can even see washing machines in the kitchen in some places
Angloid perversion. Outside of them in yurop it's 99% or more of cases in the bathroom.
>>
>>106866631
kek I read combustion
>>
>>106866609
Use case?
>>
>>106869513
>pay 2 to 3 times the price for something that works, when I can repair it with a $50 part every few years
