yes, i would buy that.
You probably don't need it that much and even after the battery is dead, you might be able to run it while plugged in.

If you need it daily, stay away. But you wont.

nah it charges like a phone from a 5V 2A USB charger, that's too weak to directly run the motor

it's probably spot-welded raw 18650 cells which are a bit tricky to replace
though cheap battery welders are a thing nowadays
