>Song submission rules/guidelines
Upload the file somewhere, preferably in a lossless format, and post the link here. If you want to update your track, make a new post.
Include the song title in the post, and make it clear that your song is a submission for the album.
Optionally you may include cover art for your track, but please confirm that the image in your post is the cover art or it won't be included.
You may not use your real artist name.
Songs that contain anything against YouTube's policies won't be uploaded on YT, but will still be added to the album.
By default, tracks will be normalised to -14 LUFS (integrated loudness) in the release. You may specify a lower loudness for your track.
Use of AI is banned. This includes AI generated stems, samples, and effects. "AI" includes all neural network-based models and not hard-coded automation/procedural generation.

have u guys notice that midwest emo guitar seems to bring every song to the next level, or is that just in my head?
>>
>>106936054
No; it's extremely gimmicky. I'm guessing that you're just getting into it.
t. listened to that shit all the time when I was in college ±2010.
>>
>>106936253
ok but you still like "never meant"?
>>
>>106936257
Yes, and I still like a lot of it, but that doesn't make it any less gimmicky. We should aim higher than that. It's been done; it's over.

>>
>>106936269
I see, I like this, are you saying TTNG took it as far as it could go and we shouldn't try it anymore?
>>
>>106936294
Definitely not. They're 'This Town Needs Guns' to me; TTNG is some overly-PC bullshit.
I don't know where I would say midwest emo peaked.
Have a random dude on YouTube who was doing this style before it was popular.

>>106936346
yes, I now consider you the biggest midwest emo guitar advocate in the entire thread who has a limitless list of "times midwest emo guitar technique made songs incredible"
